The Sunday School provides classes from age 3 through Grade 6. These classes are staffed by dedicated volunteer teachers and assistants. The Church School is held during the Worship service each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. The Sunday School opens its door at 9:45am for parents to drop off the children so that the parents can attend the Worship service on time. Teacher(s)/Leader(s) will use this additional time for activities such as reading from our Christian children's books or asking the children for prayer requests and on occasion, such as Palm Sunday, will use this time for extra singing practice to prepare the children for presentations.

Since our Sunday School is run completely by volunteers from the congregation, we would be pleased if you could help in any way. We are always looking for new ideas and talents. We teach in teams for continuity, support and to cover off for each other. Any youth that is interested in helping, please note the hours helping Sunday Church School count towards the community service hours needed for school.
The new curriculum of "Firelight" is being introduced this year, which teaches the age-old stories in exciting new formats. The curriculum is organized into units with five Bible stories each to be explored in different ways. The classes begin with a group devotional period and singing, followed by educational instructions.

Parents and their children are encouraged to sign up to host the fellowship between services. There are many available dates. Some of the classes will be volunteering to host. The sign up sheet is in the upstairs hall.
